Access to certain features of the Service is metered in credits (for example, sending a chat query or running the automated anomaly-detection feature each consumes a set number of credits, as stated on the Service). Credits are a usage entitlement only: they have no cash value, are not a stored-value, gift, or similar instrument, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between Accounts. There are two kinds of credits:
Plan credits: the monthly credit allowance included with a paid plan, or the allotment granted with a Free Trial. Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over; any unused plan credits expire at the end of the cycle in which they are granted.
Purchased credits: credits you buy as a one-time top-up pack. Purchased credits do not expire.
