We use the third-party providers below to operate and provide the Service. Depending on how the Service is configured, your personal information and/or Customer Data may be transmitted to a provider so it can perform its function. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy notice, linked below.
Some functions can instead be served by a self-hosted component that runs inside the Service’s own environment rather than by an outside company. Those are marked “self-hosted: data stays within the deployment” and are not third-party subprocessors.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability or practices of these providers. Their processing of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. For how the Service limits what is sent to the AI/LLM providers (it does not transmit your uploaded files in their entirety), see Terms of Service Section 7 and Privacy Policy Section 6.
We may add, remove, or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update this list. Where a Data Processing Agreement is in place, we will provide notice of subprocessor changes in accordance with that agreement.
